Channel Admins

I have a question about channel admins...Is there a way to assign a channel admin and have it STAY. I can assign a person as channel admin, but as soon as they log off, and come back its gone. Its only staying vaild for the time the person is online. Is there a more permanent method without giving full ADMIN rights?

Channel admins can only be setup if u have a room that has sub rooms. The are people who can talk throught out the sub rooms from what i can gather:)

Whe the User is Registered and you grant him CA in a particular Channel it stays permanent ( well it doesn on my Server )

However if the User is NOT Registered ( no "R" behind his name ) the right is revoked as soon as he logs off.
