I dont see the window of TS.

When i want to open TS i only see the icon in the right-lower corner, nothing more. Can someone help me with this please??

What version do you use.
It may be that the window is outside the desktop.
Though this bug should not happen with the actual version. So if you don't use the actual version (2.0.32.60) upgrade.
If you have the actual version try to delete the TeamSpeak.Conf file. But beware, all your TS settings and Local Address Book will be lost.
This file is hidden by default in windows, so make sure that you have activated "show hidden files" when you search for it.

On my win2k box it is located:
C:\Documents and Settings\Toben\Application Data\teamspeak2\TeamSpeak.Conf
