How DO I get A server?

Hi. :) I have a few quick quetsions. How do I make a team Speak server? How much does it cost? and How the heck do I pay for it if I dont have a credit card. Im new to this so please help me out.

The TS server is free, as long as you do not use it for commercial purposes.

You can dowload the server from the homepage.
Look in my signature, there you can find the server and the client maunal.
Also read the sitcky thread here in the forum about setting up the server and the client.
