Read The Forum Rules and give a bit more info please. (We are no car dealers where you can bring your car so we can have a look at it. Describe your system).

Does click on server icon mean left or right click?
Can you post your server.log here?

In the ts server install directory should be a file called server.log.
Please post it here (make sure that you mask any passwords that may be in there).

please stop wasting our time...

give us a detailed description of what your problem is... in clear language please (shouldn't be a problem for you).
which icon do you click on your desktop? did you ever try to open the url http://localhost:14534 in your web-browser after clicking that file? and so o....

Furthermore I'd suggest to read the forum rules and to obey them.
If you got angry due to this post, then please remember: you want information that we could provide for free and in our freetime, but we aren't willing to ask 100000 questions to only being able to provide help... please use your brain a bit, thx.

I may know what he is having trouble with...

... might be that his icon hides auto when in taskbar...

If you go to your desktop so you have nothing open

> Right click on your taskbar (need to right click in the right hand side of the taskbar where the clock is)

> Then choose Properties

> In the Notification area where it has a box with description that says "Hide inactive icons"

check to see if the box is checked - if it is then go to (1). If the box isnt checked then go to (2) (correspond below)

(1) Click the customize > look under name and find TS server (you may see it twice or more) > on the left by the TS server make sure it says Always Show - Then make sure you reboot your computer after this and see if it has fixed your problem!

If not then come back into the forums and post a reply so we know! Thanks TGP

(2) Come back to forums and post reply explaining that it did not work!

yup, that's true... it might be... but there are a million other possibilities... so after quite a while of doing this I got fed up with those guys neither reading any forum rules nor using their brain.

So not that someone understands this wrong... Most times it just needs a small rebuke that I'm not going to put any time into an answer if he doesn't put time into a question :p, violates the forum rules and doesn't use his brain.
It's easy to ask short, understandable and precise questions (as those few exceptions show), but it's a pain to ask more questions to get into a position where you might be possible to provide help.

Well, yes it helps. On the other hand it doesn't.

We have seen this error quite a few times. But no one was able to resolve it as far as I know.
It seems that something with the windows that the people who get this error are useing is wrong.

You can try the following:
Make sure that you have sufficient rights to load the dll (Try to install and run TS as administrator for testing purposes).
Try to redownload sqlite.dll from here (http://www.hwaci.com/sw/sqlite/download.html) or here (ftp://ftp.teamspeak.org/developer/server/b51/binary_windows/).
Try to copy sqlite.dll in your windows system directory.
Make sure that MSVCRT.DLL is installed on your system somewhere.
