Hi all, i am using TS for a quit while now, never had any problems. Always good connections and almost no problems connecting to a server. But now, lately when i try to connect with a team mate on TS, i can connect, but when i talk, i hear myself in my headphone plus i hear lots of sounds. I am on a created channel with only the two of us, so no noise of other people screaming or playing music over TS. My surround system is turned off and i didnīt make any changes to my settings what so ever. I connect all my plugs correctly...

???????????????????

Anybody?

Proximus, cheers

Either you or your mate have the wrong windows mixer settings.

Look here (http://www.teamspeak-einstieg.de/modules.php?op=modload&name=FAQ&file=index&myfaq=yes&id_cat=1#6) (It is german but I think the pictures are self explaining).

I checked it out, thanks for the assistance, but it still isnīt working. I tried everything shown in the explination screen of TS, now i can hear my buddy again, but still i hear myself talking. He also can hear me talk, but he hasnīt any echos. I am really confused, cause it is the living hell, hearing yourself all the time. It isnīt possible to play a game that way, os i hope you or somebody else has the solution.

All the settings of my sound devices are shown as in the teamspeak handguide of fixing your echos.

If you hear yourself with a delay, then you mate is producing the echo. So he has to check his config.
If you hear yourself instantanous then make sure that you have muted your mic in the playback options of the windows mixer (not in the recording).
Also check if you have any other mixer program that my come with your soundcard and check the settings there.
