Since you have seperate LAN and WAN IPs you use NAT. Either with a Router or with Microsoft ICS or somethin similar.
So you will have to configure a port forwarding of port 8767 UDP at the NAT device.
See the manual of the NAT device on how this works (This is most likely under a section called VirtualServer, Open Port, Port Redirecton, Port Triggers or something along that lines).

What on earth do you mean?
I am an idiot at PC's and do not know how to use them what is the wan and all those _an words??
Please make sure your replys are fully clear!
Only if all your questions are clear mate, and you have clearly demonstrated that you've put some effort in fact- and fault finding yourself.
If you are an idiot at computers (your own words) don't expect us to be the shrinks, better stay away from anything more difficult that just switching one on and off

The problem is: This is no easy matter. So it is hard to explain easily.
Especially because it depends on the NAT device you are using (The device that allows you to have more than one computer with the same public IP in the internet).
And you did not tell us what device that is (e.g. a router and from what vendor, microsoft ICS, ...).
To get this running you will need at least some basic network knowledge.
So better try to find someone who understands what i have written above and can help you (in your home) with that or you will have to read up quite a bit of stuff.
