Just set up server, but...

Ok, I guess you all know how noobs are. but I am having trouble setting up the server. I got it all us and running, but I am tring to change the name and channels and all that, why does the ADMIN not have "permission"??????????????????

yes, I am signed in as admin.

GO TO THE COMPUTER YOU HAVE THE SERVER RUNNING ON AND LOGIN TO THE SERVER WITH THE ADMIN AND PASSWORD.CLICK ON THE SERVER AND THEN SELECT ADMIN UNDER SERVER PERMISSIONS AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CHECKED ON THE LIST.I JUST RECENTLY GOT MINE RUNNING AND HAD TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS CHECKED.THEN GO INTO TEAMSPEAK AND RIGHT CLICK ON THE DEFAULT CHANNEL AND SELECT CREATE CHANNEL.HOPE IT WORKS FOR YA,MINE IS RUNNING GREAT.

OK, here is the score, I am trying to make a server for my clan, and under server settings, it says

players: 8

I tryed to erase that and change it to 16.

I hit the change of update button and it says invalade permissions.
I don't get it, I log in with the password that I am given at the time of installing, do I have to create another username?
