Players not visible

whats going on boys, ok well everythings going well on my free ts server, only problem is, when i create another channel and im in there, and other users are in another channel, their not visible, as if no one else was in the server. when i go on other ts servers, you could be in any channel and still see people in other channels. if you can help me out and tell me how i can get other users in channels visible so that everyone can see eachother in the server, it would be a lot of help

another way to find an answer... click on search and then type "players in other channels are invisible" into the search-box... hit enter and voila...
