Channel Admin??

Hey there!

i was wondering...how do i make one specific player the Channel admin to one specific channel??

on servers using the default settings any CA is able to grant CA as well as every ServerAdmin (SA)
If the ChannelAdmin and the Channel are registered (R) then he'll keep that flag even when disconnecting and reconnecting.
