Help me with my server

my ts2 server i can connect 2 it from y network but when people try 2 connect 2 it from outside my network it tell them the server timed out can anyone help me?

Check the open ports on your router.

Please give the infos requested in the forum rules (server version, client version, router, ...).

Do they time out directly after login?
If yes tell them to activate the debug mode in their client (Settings -> Options -> Other -> Log Options).
And make sure that they restart the client after changing the setting!

This workaround helps in many cases to resolve the timeout directly after login problem.
