I'll make it short:

I had to format and reinstall WinXP, but I saved all my data so I could tansfer over important files.

I reinstalled TeamSpeak but I then realized all my servers were not there.

So is there a file that I can copy from my OLD T/S directory and place it in my new T/S directory so that all my servers will show up?

I hope you understand what im trying to say, but i'm in a rush.

It is in your windows user profile. Located somewhere on C:\Documents and Settings\... (on WinXP I think).
So if you only have your old TS directory you will not get your Local Address Book back.
The name of the file is TeamSpeak.Conf.
Windows hides all files in the user profile by default.
So if you search for it make sure you include hidden files an folders.

ok this is messed up.

I can find the old file just fine, but there's no directory to put it in (on the new install!)

When I search the new install for teamspeak.conf I can find it but when I browse to that location the file i'm supposed to open isn't visable....

Start TS once. Search for the new created TeamSpeak.Conf.
Overwrite the new TeamSpeak.Conf.

EDIT: If that helps, on my win2k box it is in C:\Documents and Settings\Toben\Application Data\teamspeak2\TeamSpeak.Conf.

Ok.

I search for teamspeak.conf on the new install and I can see it here:

Family\Application Data\teamspeak2\TeamSpeak.Conf

But when I browse through windows to find it, there's no folder called Application Data....?????

That is the fucking WinXP "I hide as much as possible form the anyway stupid user in the default config" policy (And another reason why I hate XP).
You can change that behviour somwhere (in Win2K it is Tools -> Folder Options in the windows exporer).

I think you can overwite the file in the search window (if not isn't there some open location of search result button?)

I went Run>address of hidden folder> and then pasted the old cfg in and it works like a charm!
