Continues to transmit!!

I need help! When I run TS it seems to transmit all the time. I have enabled press to talk and that seems to work. However, my connection indicator in my taskbar shows that I am transmitting (both light show sending/receiving) when I am not even pressing my button to talk. when I disconnect from TS my transmit light go out, thus normal again except when I open browsers. This is weird since it only shows me transmitting while TS is running. Can anyone tell me what I can do to eliminate this problem. It is slowing my connection and should only transmit when I press the button.

TS is continually transmitting a heartbeat signal even if you do not talk (to detect disconnections). That is about 20 Byte/s up and down.

You are not transmitting any voice if the green light next to your name in TS is off.
