I have managed to successfully set up a computer to work as a teamspeak server through a router. The router in question was a cheap Origo router. There may be some connection with connexant (or conexant , I can never remember how it is spelt).
Anyway, I couldn't find Port Forwarding anywhere in the router configuration. What I did find was a section called Virtual Server. Setting the Public and Private ports to 8767 (default Teamspeak port) under UDP and setting the IP address to that of the computer enabled people on the internet to access it successfully.
Hope this can help some people with similar routers.
