other teamspeak sounds

i was wondering if anyone knew the situation in which certain sounds are used.

for example: sound 25.yourpresence.wav "Your presence in the channel was no longer appreciated"

does not play when you are kicked, kicked with reason, banned or kicked from channel.

also curious about 15.contact.wav, 16.hesoutahere.wav, welcome, byebye, byefornow, ect... maybe im missing an option somewhere?

p.s. i tired using search to find the answer to this problem, i am a SA but not super, didnt see any options on the admin page or in teamspeak
