help for a nub!

guys im pretty new at this ts2 thing .. was wondering if some 1 would hit me up on msn or reply here with some help... i was wondering how i can make my OWN channel.. not one within a channel.. any help is greatly appreciated.

What exactly do you mean here;

making a channel on some one else's server
making a channel (within a channel) on your own server
making a server with channels

i mena making my own channel .. where just my friends can enter with our own ip addy thing.
