Hello All-Knowing TS Gurus,
I need help with something...here goes
OK, when I try to to go to the Administration login using the normal route (from TS server icon), I get sent to MySearch webpage. I have noticed a few other threads where other people have been experiencing this problem, but I havent seen a solution posted for it yet. Except one that stated that my Browser settings are trying to Search the URL?? I couldn't locate this setting in the options...my setting are currently defualt and I am using Microsoft Explorer.
Also, I have come across threads where people have stated that they have also had trouble gettting to the TS admin login page and they have listed links that do indeed take me to the login page.
So, this sounds like my problem is solved, but it's not. When I try to login I get the failed password notification, over and over and over agian. I have rechecked both the admin and serveradmin passwords and tried resetting them by deleting the server.log.ini.db files as some had suggesting in other posts, but this also changed nothing. Even tried reinstalling the TS server program many times towhile I went through my own troubleshooting ideas. So, I'm guessing that perhaps this problem stems from the above stated issue where my direct administration tab on the TS icon isn't working.
Can anyone show me the light??
