'Server Off-Line'

all others can connect to my server, but one of my friends can't. it displays ' No reply from server Maybe the server is offline or maybe teamspeak is not running on it ' IP is writed correctly. anyone other haves this problem? but he can connect any other servers. but not mine :(

If he is the only on that can't connect, let him ping your IP address. and make sure he can reach you. If he can it is something with his clientsettings

are you sure about it, when some people cannot join the server and other can, that the clients settings has to be changed?
and if so what to change.... ?
