View Full Version : Issues with multiple NICs & multiple IPs
I'm having trouble getting teamspeak to work on the IP I have assigned it. Here's the setup
I have 2 NICs in one machine and 2 outside IPs (one assigned to each NIC). I can connect to the TS server via the internal IP (I had to use that BoundtoIP setting), but not via the external IP. I have 8767 opened to the internal IP.
I had this setup on a server with a single NIC and everything worked ok. But on a system with 2 NICs and 2 external IPs, it doesn't work.
Any ideas?

normally your ts-server should listen on all ips, so did you ever try it without the boundtoip setup?
also I'm interested in the information I request in the forum rules (as server-version)

Yes I tried it without the boundtoip. I'll try it again for kicks.
Sorry for not posting the info. Forgot about that.
TS Version: 2.0.19.40
OS Version: Windows 2000 Server
DX Version: 9.0b
NIC1: Intel Pro 100 (integrated)
NIC2: Intel Pro 1000 (integrated)

go to the developer releases (linked in my signature) and download the current server-version (might want to read in that forum a bit... 2.0.19.51)

Same issues. I did a fresh install of the b51.
It lists my 2 internal IPs and only 1 external IP (same as other build).
I have tried using the BoundtoIP1 and also turning off ExternalIPDetection.
The web interface is better looking in this build though.:)
