You all have the Problem if you came here wondering and im gonna be nice and answer it in here without having to search for it

Ctrl Alt Delete
Processes
TGCMD.exe
Click On Terminate or End Process
Say Yes when it does warning
NOW! Go to Start Run msconfig
Press Enter
Go to Startup In the Task Manager
FIND TGCMD
UnCheck It and Click apply
NOW IT NO LONGER STARTS

Sqlite is the database system the TeamSpeak Server uses. Spyware such as this TGCMD.exe can use various problems with TeamSpeak-Servers and other programs.

Bless you Vanu, my prayers have been answered on the sqlite.dll issue and I wish they'd sticky this so it can be more easily found.
