2 icons in system tray when XP starts

This isn't a major problem, just annoying. When i log onto XP (HE) and my server starts up there are 2 icons in the system tray down by the right corner. One of them has all three options available but the other only has "Your Ip's" and "exit" I always select "exit" on the one without "Administration". My TS runs fine and everyone can connect no problem. Is this just a glitche and is there a way to get rid of it?

Sounds to me more like a windows glitch

This also happened to me in my XP Pro, icons left in the systray, in my case Quicktime, where the application was long ago removed using contro-panel and an after-check removing the seemingly empty directory. Everything tells me it's gone, but the icon keeps popping up.

Must be a registry-think I would think
