OKay I have a D-Link DI-604 Router.

I downloaded the TS2 Server and had it all setup and working. People could join my server and I didn't have to enable any ports.
Maybe about 1 month later no-one could join it! I have tried opening all ports ( by ways that D-Link tell me too) and creating all these wierd virtual servers that come with D-Link.

The manuals that D-Link give you are absolutly brutal. They tell you no info on how to open and close ports.

If anyone out there has a D-Link router with a TS server running,
PLease help me out!

- Logon to your router.
- Go to Virtual server section
- Go to Advanced tab
- Name: whatever you want (Teamspeak server)
- Private IP: the IP address of the PC running the TS Server. *
- Protocol type (Both will work, but there must be a more appropriate setting)
- Private and Public port: 8767
- Schedule: usually always

*IMPORTANT: Make sure you have your DHCP set with STATIC IP (at least for your PC running TS server). Otherwise, your IP address may change, and your TS server may not work.

If this doesn't work, and you are running ZoneAlarm, make sure the Internet Zone Security is set to MEDIUM.

I hope it helps!

I have both the Di-604 and Zonealarm and i have no problems D-link has a great section on how to on their website do a little more searching next time panther gives great instructions

note*** private ip might be either 192.168.0.100 or 192.168.0.101 etc... depending on which one of the 4 ports u plugged ur computer into mines in the first slot so its 192.168.0.100 for me
