First off rest asured I am not a novice sys admin.
So O.K. here's the deal.
I have had several people connect to our new server with no problems myself included. But our clan leader, also not a novice cannot connect. He gets that "can't connect server is offline or whatever". I had him look on the Web Servers Tab and they don't appear there to him. He has no problem connecting to our old server, however its going offline in a few days. :confused:
On the webserver list you will see "[MC] Team Speak Server" which is running on 66.90.78.253:8700 and "[MC] Team Speak Server - Public" which is running on 66.90.78.253:8767.
He has checked his router to make sure nothing was blocking him from getting to this. I have run the server on different ports and also brought the server up on other IP addrs, and still no go for him. He is running TS2 client on Windows XP.
Any help would be much appreciated.
