TS on Proxy and I'm the only one who can reach it

I've got TeamSpeak running on my proxy server and I'm the only one who can reach it. It's not because of the firewall, because I closed the firewall completely and still it's unreachable. before I was behind the proxyserver it worked fine on my WinXP machine. Now the server is at a Win98 computer and I'm the only one who can reach it. I already tried the BoundToIp but it didn't help. I log in on my external ip-address. On the other machine we also completely closed the firewall, so that's really not the problem.

This is the error:
[11:12:33] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

But it does run and I'm logged on, but no one else.

Anyone here with a suggestion? It's not a router, it's a proxyserver.

according my knowledge, the TS client has not (socks) proxy support !

How can you do that? It works fine on my machine, but outside the network it doesn't work.

i tried portmapping to the internal ip adress, but also that didn't work.
