Migrate configs to new server?

I have built a new ts server and want to move the current configs off of the old server to the new. I have already install ts on the new Linux server and just need to move the files that pertain to the channels, users, etc.
What files do I need to move to make this happen?

just copy the server.dbs file

If you want to keep the channel setups you will need to take that file as well.

its recommended to copy:

server.ini, server.log AND server.dbs
