Trouble Logging in with superadmin

TeamSpeak version 2.0.19.40 Win 32
Windows XP
Soundblaster, uptodate, but unknown specifics
Star Wars Galaxies, Rainbow 6
DirectX Version 8.1

What error message do you receive? Failed Login on web sign-in
What did you do to resolve the problem? I have looked in the FAQ, and found the post about using the .ini file to look up the passwords, and they are what I thought, but they still fail. I made a new Superadmin account, and deleted the superadmin one, but neither works. (Please note- When I was able to log in, I beleive this started the problem, because after that point, i could no longer log in.)
I also tryed logging in with the admin account, with the right password, but it failed as well.
Is there anyway to resolve this problem, or reset the server and start from scratch?

I have also read the FAQ's extensively, and found nothing that sounds like this problem- I have also uninstalled and re-installed the server app, no change.

To start from scratch stop the server, delete server.ini, server.dbs, server.log and start the server again.
New passwords are in the new server.log.
