Channel Load

I was wondering if any other server admins could tell me what the MAX amount of people they can have in a single channel before they start to notice errors or users complaining that they cant hear everyone.

I have 1.5 MB upload and with TS 1.5 my channels started to crap out around 35+. I was hoping that 2.0 would let me get closer to 50 per channel. I have MORE than enough bandwith and there can be 30 in one room, 20 in another 5 another and so on and so on, upto close to 80 on my server, but when a SINGLE channel gets close to 36 or higher, everyone starts complaining.

So, what is the MAX amount of people that some of you have on a SINGLE channel.

we tested with 70 guys. we dont had more.

what they are complaining ? lag ?

Getting complaints from users that they cannot hear at all, or that only certain people can come in. I dont think its a bandwith issue on my end (server) because if you jump into another room that has 20, the same person says everthing is fine. The problem starts to happen just with a single channel as it nears 35+.

Any other admins out there that fill up their server past 100 people and have more than 35 in a room. Do you have similiar problems?

NO other admins can take 30 seconds of their time and tell me if they have more than 35+ in a room and not have it lock up. Im trying to narrow a problem down and would appreciate some feedback.
