server list

when i try to update the server list, teamspeak 2 gives an error.
how come and what can i do about it?

version of TS: 2.0.28.40

about the filter:
i can't select filters, the icon to click on isn't even there!!

i hope i gave enough info, if not i'll hear it from you, ok?

this problem does always appear when i try to update server list and i haven't tried anything to solve the problem cause i don't know how
