Error-PrepareHeader invalid Handle

I have been using TS for a while and i have had no problems.....until today. When i start up TS i get the error message "PrepareHeader invalid Handle." and i click OK and TS starts up no problem. However, when i join a server (any server) my mic is muted and there is no way to unmute myself. I have checked my mic with other programs and i have no problems at all.... very frustrating. I have also reinstalled TS.
