I need help making a server in teamspeak

Can some1 plz tell me how to make a server in teamspeak? I cant figure it out

first you need to download the teamspeak server and then login with "super admin", i think you could handle it from there...

you don't know if you're able to read, but if you are, why don't you open the TS server manual and read it :confused:
