voice usage problem

i have joined conferences on teamspeak. many involved in the conferences have computer knowledge. when i log i can hear everyone else fine. they can hear me, but cannot understand what i am saying. we have adjusted my computere settings and teamspeak adjustments available. nothing works. i am using a
headphone/microphone combination. i am on dial-up through msn. not broadband or dsl are available in my area. the common thought is it is a server problem---what can others tell me. is there support for this site.

help is needed.
