More Permissions CA and below

Hi im a server admin for our clan TS and I was wondering is it possible to allow CA to move people between their own channels they are CAs and/or Sub Channels. I saw this the ablitity for SA but not for CA. Can this be fixed? Thanks

This is exactly what I came into the forum for. We have people who contribute to payment of the server. For this we want to grant certain Adimin rights. But not all. There needs to be a halfway point between Server Admin and Operator. Even an option to add any permission to any group. Individual permission would be nice too!
