I've installed a TS server on my machine, I own several ip address and don't care for the IP that TeamSpeack has
chosen to use. Is there a way to change the IP address
TeamSpeak will be serving on if so where could I find that and how could i change the ip>?????

Yeah yeah I know RTTFM---FOr you people that were unable to find the info here it is
If the computer your TeamSpeak server is installed on has multiple IP’s you can set the proper IP in the BoundToIP= option. Just fill in the IP you want to use.
