Finding ips

I have had people enter my team speak, is there anyway I can see thier IP when they are not a registerd member of teamspeak.
I have had problems in the past with people logging in under a members name and causing trouble and with out banning them you don't know who they are.. I just had someone on my teamspeak that is a registerd member but would not respond back be voice or chat. this person logged in not registerd. I would like to be able to see the peoples ip that are logged into my TS server, how can I do that

open the server.ini
enable the log features by exchanging the 0 through 1. You'll see the result in the log file.

use a server password if you've problem with unrequested people.
