Channel Commander

How do you use it?

Were a competitive desert combat clan, and need to seperate into 3 channels but no way of communitcating between channels. isnt that what the channel commmander is for? i thought u could hear the other channel commander in the other channel am i wrong?

I think Channel Commander is just to command the channel he is in. So no :(

I heard people being able to talk to everyone with a commander status.

Like a 'commander channel' Please don't quote me if I'm wrong though.
