I have a router and i cannt get into my server nor can my friends i need to open what ports and what wan and lan ips do i need
is it the tcp port or the udp what do i need to do please someone help:confused:

you can take the ports which are described in the FAQ ! Your router manual will then tell you how to forward the ports (8767 UDP,...).

Within your own LAN, you should only use the LAN IP to connect to your TS server. WAN IP is onlyfor WAN players.
