Can't connect to my server. HELP Plz!

Hi, I installed TS server and i can't connect to it from my friends PC, other pc's can connect tho. the server is set up with the default port settings (8767) and i forwarded that port in my linksys router. when i try to connect with my friends computer i get this messege:

"Connecting to xx.xx.xx.xxx:8767
No reply from server Maybe the
server is offline or maybe
teamspeak is not running on it"

I don't know if it matters but this same pc can't connect to my vnc server but others can. any help would be great.

Test basic connectivity. Make sure your Linksys router is pingable (Block WAN Request setup option disabled) and have your friend try to ping your ip address (ping xx.xx.xx.xxx) If he can successfully ping your router then I would strongly suspect that he has some kind of personal firewall software running that is preventing outgoing connections on non-standard ports (TS-8767/udp, VNC-5900/tcp, etc.)
