Auto Channel Commander

Is it posible that when i connect to my TS, or change channels i am still channel commander without having to always set it up.
Currently each time i change channels i need to set myself as channel commander.
Not sure if its possible to do have it work automatically

heres one way I'm not sure about an auto channel commander but if you left click and hold and drag your name to another channel you wont switch status
