Is it possible to have teamspeak play a sound when you actually activate the michrophone? I have some trouble with the mic activatin itself right away and I have need to know when it is activated by a sound.
Anyone who know why is doesn't activate right away?
Because you probably haven't set your voice activation level properly.
use push to talk if you have problems with voice activation. "Playing a sound" seems to me like an ugly hack around and def. not a solution for your problem.
Do you want to hear a "bip" evey time voice activation is activated ? *ugly*
Well, I use push to talk. I have the same problem when using Ventrilo, though ventrilo sucks compared to teamspeak at all places. I use mouse 3, and sometimes I have to hold it down for 5 seconds before it activates. And when playing cs, this can be the difference between victory and loss.
Give us some more infos about your system.
Have you set TS to high process prio ?
