Anyways, assuming you have set up everything correctly and used the default settings you should be able to connect as anonymous user without password.

Are you referring to your forum registration? What does that have to do with your Teamspeak server?

try to turn off your firewall and after allow TS to your firewall, i got the same problem, i turn my firewall off and all is going on :)
