hmm im a noob

hello im new at t.s so plz bear with me

i have downloaded the new t.s client and the new server and i have sopme m8s join the server i host at my ip by running the server side first then the client and they join me but i dont have the option to kick or ban them.. how do i go about getting these items selected ??

also if i put a password in the client side and my m8s join they dont have 2 put the password in to join it automaticly connects them WITHOUT the pass word

plz plz help

You don't have to activate anything, the screen in the shot is the webadmin screen. After installation you can find the passwords for administrator and superadmin in the server.ini file in your teamspeak SERVER directory. Open it up with notepad. If you want to change it, you can do it there, save it and restart the TS-server

Remember, if you want to login the webadmin as superadmin, you have to click the superadmin login-link

Now for the client, through the client you can only log in as admin NOT as superadmin. Log in as admin, username/pass as per server.ini, see above, and you'll be able to do all these things you wanted

Also you have to login to the server web admin to set a password on your server not through your client
