For the pci 128 using the direct sound driver is a must, since the wave driver only allows 1 application at a time. (in win98/me)
When direct sound does not work, i advise you to try to get the latest drivers from microsoft or creative
When I had installed the Teamspeak 2 clent and started it nothing is happing the only place I can see it is on the Joblist No erorres no window
I have an SB PCI 128 on Win98SE that workes on ICQ Phone but not in Teamspeak

have you tested the latest 2.0.20.20 patch ?
http://www.teamspeak.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1470
When starting the TS2 I got this Error "PrepareHeader invalid
Handle", and after pressing OK buttum a new Error comes "The
function called is not supported at this time. This value is equal to
the E-NOTIMPL standard com return value"
Then the TS2 starts up but I cant conect to the internet serverlist.

I had TS2 working fine but all of a sudden I get these messages:
The TEAMSPEAK.EXE file is linked to missing export OLEAUT32.DLL:VarNot
C:\Program Files\Teamspeak2\Teamspeak.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning
I have reinstalled several times also using patch .23

I hope you tried that because you didn't write anything about that in your post...
if you already tried it, try posting again but perhaps with additional information... Oh and try the newest version of Teamspeak2 ()
