Nobody Can Access Server

No one can access my server. I have gone through the FAQs about that, but it still won't connect. It keeps saying, "No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it"

Remember those things:

Be sure using the latest release and the correct version.

Teamspeak 1 and 2 are not compatiebel to each other.

Using correct IP and Port?

Trouble by trying to connect from outside:
Having a LAN with a router. You need to create a virtual server / coonfigure port forwarding for accessing from outside. How to do, you will find in your manual of the router. Firewall configuration? Tried it without fw?

Perhaps in one point you will find the mistake.

I have made sure that I had the correct IP, and I have tried turning off my firewall and router, but it still won't connect

Major thing: make sure your clients have the same version of ts that your server does:)

Ther are no same versions for client (2032) and server (2021), there are only latest version. Check those in the top right-hand corner of the homepage
