User Registration Probs

I have one particular user that has registration problems. He comes on the TS server as a U. I give him Allow Registration rights. He registers with the server, now he has the R tag. However, whenever he leaves then comes back like say a day later, he can't login.
I deleted that acct, and set one up for him myself through the web admin. Still same problem. HE is a experiences TS user, so I know he is setting it up right. any suggestions on what is happening?

yeah im having the exact same problem. everyone else can register with it just fine. i can even log in with his username and password he setup. I have checked the servers firewall and i have also setup him up on tcp/udp/ip on all global ports for the server but he still cant login as a registered user

might that be with a corrupt Teamspeak.conf file ?
Did he tried reconnectign with his registered account directly after he registered it ?
Does the login name / password contains special chars which might cause a (unknown) problem ?
