Making NEw servers or making it so u cant see where people are?

ok i have some people in channel that somtimes i cannot stand. i need to get away and like make a new server. i dont want to ban them but i want to make a new server from my comp like a new ip or a room were u come in and think no one is in the channel so he leaves or goes away. then ill password protect it? Can soemone tell me?

This is a personal problem. If you control the server, but don't want a particular person to know that you are in it because that person bothers you, then it is a personal issue that you are going to have to take care of sooner or later.

Sorry, but it's time you stand up for yourself and deal with the issue at hand instead of trying to use technology to avoid it.
