Some Users cannot connect!

Hello, we're running latest TS Server on Linux and having the strange effect that some users never can connect. They receive just a "couldn't connect" message.

Approx 5 user join, they can disconnect and connect and evrything is fine. But a certain amount of users never get in...

any idea what this could be?

Can you get more than 5 on the server?

Or are you saying, only the same specific users can not get in?

specific users... has nothing to do with a limit of users...

but these specific users has the latest (windows) clients running and can connect to all other TS server in the world...

What error do you get in the server.ini ?
Time out after 2 sec. ?

I currently have the same problem with one user and the newest server version (with 19.40 it works as far as we tested till now). But I know that I earlier had hugh problem with the provider he is using with some game servers. Currently I have too few infos to narrow down the problem as it seems to happen with a few games and the newer TS server version :confused:

remind me to check FAQ again, let me found an article that decribes connection problems when a server has two interfaces. Fixing the TS service to one Interface solved the problem.
