Not seeing other channels?

We have TS set up and we added channels just fine...but when we are in any one of the channels we can't see if anyone is in the others. And then when we move back to the Main lobby channel it says "member joined" like we just entered the server. The Codec is the default on all the channels but the main lobby, do you know what the problem might be?

Public server / Clan server.

Use the web interface to change it.

need someone to login to administration of the server as a superadmin then you can changed it
