Ive been running TS for about a year, runs great.

I am not using a firewall of any kind.
There are no ban IP's in the list .
Running XP
using server 2.0.20.1
he is using the current client

I have a member that is not able to connect to my server he says it gives him this error,

"Connecting to xx.xx.xx.xxx:8767
No reply from server Maybe the
server is offline or maybe
teamspeak is not running on it"
he is the only one that has this problem
he can not access the Web Admin page http://68.186.1.154:14534

He uses my ISP

I asure you the server is online and statas shows on my site just fine.

http://www.ansquad.org/html

he has been able to connect before but now he can not.

I have had him uninstall and had him remove the teamspeak.conf file still a no go.

I thought it might be a problem on my end so I upgraded and tossed my server.ini .dbs . logs files to be sure it was a fresh install. still a no go

I am woundering what type of networking issue this might be and if I can fix it. by Blowing the Network stack or something,

he is behind a hardware Firewall but he shouldnt have to open any ports should he? or is there any setting he needs to look at. im fresh out of Ideas.

Thanks for the help.

What do you mean by this ? What means "before" ?
What dos your server.log tells you ?

His TS client requires one UDP outgoing port - which is your TS server Incoming port (e.g. 8767) - and the range 1024 - 65535 for Incoming ports (See FAQ).
However if he can connect to other TS servers the firewall might not be the problem.
Can he ?

Maybe he installed Zone Alarm (or similar) and clicked no to allow it to access the internet. Make sur ehis firewall is off or remove th TS program from the list, so it prompts for access.

Hes perty competent and I use to do ZA technical support. so i dont think thats it,

It apperes that if he is directly connected to the net he can connect,

Checking to see if he can connect to the beta Server you guys have.

Server log show nothing that is helpful looks like standered stuff,
