Cannot see people in other channels

For some reason on our teamspeak server we cannot see who is in any other channels then the one you are in. We've tried to solve it ourselves but need a bit of help

READ THE MANUAL AND DO A SEARCH FUNCTION ALSO CHECK THE FAQ FORUM LOGIN AS SUPERADMIN AND CHANGE IT TO A CLAN SERVER

see people in current channel <-> see people in all channels
