Error Server in Mandrake 8.2

I have a problem with tssserver 1.2 for linux, when I conect to my server from my lan it work corectly baut when I conect from internet Ihave this error:

Error:-1000
Exception Exception:
Did no recieve UDP reply from server

any Idea?

there was a rule in iptables that I thought it wasn't activated, but it was

More info needed. What's your network topology? (What's connected to what?) Are you saying that iptables and ipchains are not loaded? (Try "iptables -L" and "ipchains -L input" to verify.)
