How do I work Team Speak2 and Delta Force: Black Hawk Down or "" Team Sabre together. I was told we could use that instead of typing the short messages to each other. This would definately be a plus if I can get it to work!

If you mean: "Can we use TeamSpeak to simple communicate to each other through voice whilst in these games", then the answer is yes.
TeamSpeak is a separate program, and it works besides any other program. The only thing you have to do is set a key that when pressed sends your response to all other players. Note that that key can still be used in the game, but a reserved key is the best way.
To use my example: I have set TeamSpeak so, that when I press the 'End' key (left of numpad, I'm a NumPad player), anything I say in the microphone is heard by all my friends that are in the same TeamSpeak channel. When I let go of the 'End' key, no more voice is send to the other players.
Now, when I want to play, for example UT2004, I first start the TeamSpeak client, enter the TeamSpeak server I'm going to use, and make sure we all can hear each other.
Then I simple start the game (in this case, UT2004) and play it. Now whenever I want to say anything to the other players, I just hold the 'End' key, say it, and release the 'End' key.
It is possible to not have to press any key, and just talk to the others, but be aware that this may lead to weird sounds, lots of stutter and even many echos when not correctly used.

How do I set the key I wish to use? By the way, thanks for the info, I figured I just started the game, but I wasn't sure.
